Looking at new Panasonic TXL26X10B lcd tv. Spec makes no mention of a scart socket; instead 3 x hdmi, 1 s-video, 1 component video, 1 composite video. how do you connect a tivo to that? if at all?

Hi,
Apologies for the delay in replying, we were away in the USA for an extended period of time over the summer and I forgot to check the forums when I got back.
I am surprised if Panasonic have dropped the Euro Scart connection. Most manufacturers seem to be including them still these days, especially when you consider that is still the most common format for AV connection on most freeview set-top-boxes and other similar devices.
Having said that, based on that TV's connections you mentiond, worst case scenario, you could use a Scart to Video + 2 x Phono, although I would prefer to buy a TV with Euro Scart still and connect that using RGB.
